Why proofing matters
Artisan Prints works with photographers, illustrators, and local artists who need dependable photo and art printing. Every project begins with a file review so the image is ready for production and the chosen format suits the final output.
Paper and finish guidance is part of the process. We explain the practical differences clearly, so you can choose a surface that fits the artwork, the intended display, and the quantity you need without unnecessary guesswork.
See the print before you commit to the full run.
A careful proofing step helps align paper choice, size, and finish with the image you want to present.
When a test print is useful, it is reviewed before the larger order moves forward. This helps confirm how the image translates to the selected paper and gives you a chance to approve the direction before production continues.
Orders are produced in Hasle (Luzern) with protected flat packaging for collection or local delivery. Production time depends on the files, materials, and confirmed quantity, and some papers or finishes may vary with availability.
